Michael Hughes, Founder & CEO
After developing lean manufacturing and leadership skills through 18 years and 5 locations in P&G, Michael ventured into the world of Contract Manufacturing. In both PE and publicly owned companies, he led organisations through organic and acquisition growth. He focused on transforming cultures while delivering phenomenal customer experiences, leading to two very successful exits. The combination of experiences across the U.S. and Europe, as well as results delivered in both operational and commercial excellence, have uniquely positioned Michael to be able to support executives, teams & businesses at every stage of their journey.
